Tom Bergh Apartment
When the Depot was built, Santa Susana was a sparsely populated rural community with no nearby living accommodations for Depot personnel. For this reason, the railroad provided a second floor apartment to house the Station Agents,
The apartment is named in honor of Tom Bergh, the museum's founder, who worked tirelessly for many years to acquire the exhibits and restore the Depot's interior to its original condition. Tom's final project was the apartment which has been furnished and accessorized to depict how railroad agents and their families lived over 75 years ago.
